I'm 29 and had a baby 8 months ago. My vagina has not returned to the way it was.
I have tried Kegels and exercise, still no help. My vagina is very loose and I have trouble with air going up into it whenever I do just about anything. This is a big problem because this opening is letting the air inside which cause dryness. Even worse, I am living with the daily risk of embarrassment caused by the noise from the air when it comes back out (sounds like farting).
